Fascination began with an idea to create 100 unique stitches of 12 x 12 with each of them having their own stitch guide in the book. Once these 100 stitches were in place, I flipped, rotated and mirrored until I had three different options of the 400 blocks of Fascination.

This is a very challenging piece for the advanced stitcher. There is a lot going on and many choices to be made. Never a dull moment. I only stitched Option 1 shown of the three options shown onl the right. Options 2 and 3 were stitched by my very talented pilot stitchers.

Uses Silk & Ivory, Caron Watercolours,
and Kreinik #12 braid.
